Hurricane Helene devastated communities across eastern Tennessee, western North Carolina, and southwest Virginia in September of last year. But through the hardship, NCPA member Jessi Stout, owner of Table Rock Pharmacy in Morganton, N.C., found a way to continue dispensing medications.
