Pharmacy allies win big in Arkansas

NCPA March 9, 2026

Jeremy Riddle, the spouse of NCPA President Kristen Riddle, and Justice Nicholas Bronni both came out on top in their respective races in Arkansas last week. Riddle is now the Republican candidate for Arkansas District 42, representing Cleburne, Faulkner, and Van Buren counties. There is no Democratic opponent in the race. As a result of his win, Bronni will continue to hold a seat on the state's Supreme Court after Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R) appointed him to the role in 2024.

Riddle is openly committed to PBM reform, and Bronni defended the interests of community pharmacists nationwide as Arkansas solicitor general in Rutledge v. PCMA, the landmark case that opened the door to PBM reforms at the state level across the country. You can read more about Bronni's win here.
