Caroline Eason, who comes from a family of pharmacists, won the Republican primary for the North Carolina House of Representatives District 110. Eason is a fierce advocate for not only pharmacy but for small business, focusing on the challenges faced by small business owners every day. Although this is her first campaign, she has been an active advocate at both the state and federal level. She served as a student member of NCPA’s National Legislation Committee and has advocated at the North Carolina state capitol for pharmacy-related legislation. Last session she testified before the Health Committee. Eason’s general election is on Nov. 3. You can learn more about her here.
