Community pharmacies may be eligible for a payment resulting from a class action settlement resolving three separate lawsuits over the alleged misclassification of certain Discover-issued consumer credit cards as commercial credit cards, which caused merchants and others to incur excessive interchange fees. Claims must be submitted before May 18, 2026.
