Keep PBM reform momentum going at NCPA's Congressional Pharmacy Fly-In

NCPA February 6, 2026

It has been a big week for PBM reform between President Donald Trump signing the Consolidated Appropriations Act that included one of NCPA's PBM reform priorities and the FTC's settlement with Express Scripts that would remedy years of unfair business practices that have plagued consumers with higher drug prices and hurt independent pharmacies by stifling competition. These wins are the result of years of engagement by NCPA members contacting their legislators and government agencies to demand they hold PBMs accountable. They are great achievements, but there is still more to do. Help us keep up the momentum by attending NCPA's Congressional Pharmacy Fly-In, April 15-16 in Washington, D.C. and Alexandria, Va.

We'll help you meet with your members of Congress or their key staff to press them to continue their PBM reform efforts and address egregious practices in other government programs, like Medicaid, Tricare, and the Federal Employee Health Benefit Program.

Your face-to-face meetings make a difference! Slots for our fly-in sell out pretty quickly, so we recommend you register ASAP.

While we're on the subject ...

Wins like these don't happen often, and they aren't cheap to produce. Years of lobbying and public education, and it all costs money. Many NCPA members are already donating to the NCPA Legislative/Legal Defense Fund which finances all our advocacy activities. You should too, because we've got a lot more to accomplish.
