NCPA is saddened by the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. While a Supreme Court icon has been lost, the court’s work will continue, and it is still scheduled to hear Rutledge v. PCMA on Oct. 6. NCPA is hosting a webinar with Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge on Sept. 29 at 8 p.m. ET. This webinar will preview this landmark case and answer questions about how the court proceeds when there are fewer than nine members.
