- Sept. 12 – Effective Wellness Tools for Teams to Thrive: Optimizing Self-Care, Motivation and Leadership Among Pharmacy Teams webinar, part of our monthly NCPA Learning Hour series. Pharmacy leaders will share practical tools for supporting personal growth, motivation, and effective leadership in pharmacy practice so that your team can thrive. Learn more and register.
- Sept. 17 – Exploring Common Bonds: Community Pharmacies + URAC, part of our Business Booster series presented by NCPA corporate members. The Utilization Review Accreditation Commission will share how their programs – including point-of-care testing, drug therapy management, community health worker programs, and mental health in the workplace – can help smaller pharmacies in their day-to-day work. - Encouraging community pharmacy teams to invite their federal representatives for a pharmacy visit during the October in-district work period. PBM payment reform is within reach. This important initiative will push for progress and keep community pharmacy on the minds of members of Congress. Learn more and sign up to participate.
- Enrollment for the NCPA Innovation Center/CPESN Community Pharmacy Fellowship. This executive MBA-like program showcases outstanding pharmacy peers who walk participants through implementing successful services that generate revenue beyond dispensing. Learn more and register. - Registration is open for the Pre-Convention Growth and Profitability Programs being held in Columbus ahead of the NCPA 2024 Annual Convention. Learn more and register.
- Registration is open for the NCPA 2024 Annual Convention and Expo. The convention will be held Oct. 26-29 in Columbus, Ohio, with the theme of “GPS: Growth, Performance, Success.” Learn more and register.
