The NCPA Innovation Center's CPESN® Network Catalyst Program, designed to improve the operations of local CPESN networks, is seeing success in helping those networks grow their support staff structure to increase pharmacy outreach and engagement with CPESN payer programs at the state and national level. Adding dedicated staff has shown promise in strengthening local networks’ recruitment and retention, program performance, and strategies for engagement with payers. As of Oct. 1, 34 local networks are engaged in the program.
The NCPA Innovation Center is investing in the success of local networks through its sponsorship of the 15-month program, which is co-administered by CPESN USA.
