Sync and the census survey

NCPA July 10, 2024

Medication synchronization programs can allow pharmacy teams to ease tight margins, streamline work processes, better manage cash flow, and improve patient adherence and engagement. Despite these advantages, however, data from the NCPA Census tells us that one in five independents aren’t yet offering med sync. If you’re among the holdouts, are you open to reconsidering? NCPA can help you launch a med sync program; just visit to get started. And if you haven’t already, please complete this year’s Community Pharmacy Impact Census Survey by Monday, July 15, so we can stay on top of what NCPA members are (or are not!) doing in their stores and in their neighborhoods.
