The Legislative and Budget Finance Committee, a joint committee of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, issued a report titled, “Prescription Drug Pricing Under the Medical Assistance Managed Care Program.” The report did not make strong recommendations reflecting NCPA positions pertaining to PBM reform.
