The Legislative and Budget Finance Committee, a joint committee of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, issued a report entitled, “Prescription Drug Pricing Under the Medical Assistance Managed Care Program.” The report provides an overview of issues pertaining to pharmacy reimbursement and PBMs. While no rigorous recommendations were made, the report does align with NCPA positions on PBM reform.
