Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), chairman of the Senate Finance Committee and a reliable independent pharmacy champion, visited NCPA Immediate Past-President Michele Belcher at her Grants Pass, Ore., pharmacy earlier this week. Among other topics, they discussed issues surrounding the Tricare decision and pharmacy locator rollout and the FTC’s ongoing 6(b) study of PBMs. Matt Yeates, the new Oregon State Pharmacy Association southern region director, visited the pharmacy too.
