Is there a fee for residency and fellowship programs exhibiting during the Residency Showcase?
No. However, all participants/exhibitors must register for the conference.

What should I bring?
Bring any recruitment materials that you wish to use to promote your program, including but not limited to banners, table covers, flyers, promotional materials, etc.

When will I receive setup information?
Setup information will be sent to participating programs 2-3 weeks before the convention.

If I cannot attend the 2025 Annual Convention, how else can I promote my program with NCPA?
NCPA will host a Virtual Residency Showcase in the fall of 2025. Details for this event will be sent out and posted here once available. To submit your program to our Virtual Residency Showcase library, contact [email protected].
