To connect pharmacy services with this opportunity for non-dispensing revenue, we launched ACCESS to Pharmacy Care; it’s an NCPA program, powered by CPESN® in partnership with GamePlan Medical. It’s designed to fit into existing pharmacy workflows while creating new revenue opportunities tied to chronic condition care and measurable patient outcomes. This program will demonstrate pharmacists’ value in the health care community and assist NCPA in its fight for pharmacist provider status.

ACCESS to Pharmacy Care transitioned from the original outcomes-aligned payment approach to a unified Co-Management Model. Pharmacies will refer patients to Game Plan Medical, support ongoing care, and bill directly under their own pharmacy credentials.
