Fellowship starts today

NCPA October 14, 2026

Today marks the beginning of our new cohort of the NCPA/CPESN® Med Sync Fellowship, sponsored by Good Neighbor Pharmacy. Medication synchronization boosts revenue — on average, pharmacies net an extra $5,000 per every 20 enrolled patients — but transforming workflows around patients and refills is a big undertaking. The fellowship is a great way to work toward that in a structured manner with expert advice along the way. Registration is open today until 2 p.m. ET.

The fellowship includes three one-hour classes a month for nine months, as well as 13 on-demand modules covering different components of effective med sync programs. Fellows are handed a number of resources to ease the transition into a med sync structure, including templates, direct access to the CPESN Business Intelligence SyncFit dashboard with real-time med sync revenue and opportunity insights, and more.

Whether you’re a pharmacy leader who wants to see more stability in your dispensing services, or a staff member or student seeking to build new skills, this program will enable you to save your pharmacy time, boost your profits, and tame the chaos. Please contact NCPA at fellowship@ncpa.org with any additional questions.
