Enrollment for ACCESS to Pharmacy Care is now open to community and long-term care pharmacies that are NCPA members and/or participating CPESN® pharmacies! This program is designed to fit into existing pharmacy workflows while creating new revenue opportunities tied to chronic condition care and measurable patient outcomes. This program will demonstrate pharmacists’ value in the health care community and assist NCPA in its fight for pharmacist provider status.
