Peer into the political crystal ball

NCPA September 17, 2026

We all know that Congress is complicated. Luckily, our keynote speakers for the First General Session at the NCPA Annual Convention, Oct. 3-6, in Kansas City, Mo., have the expertise to break down what you need to know about the implications of the coming midterm elections. Policy gurus Jim Flood and Scott Douglas will join Anne Cassity, NCPA senior vice president of government affairs, to talk about which party is likely to be in control, what the margins will be, and what it all means for PBM reform. Now, we’re giving you the chance to ask them directly what they see in the political tea leaves.

Submit your questions about the upcoming elections by emailing Cassity at Anne.Cassity@ncpa.org.
