“We started doing med sync at HealthSmart and I was able to get about 90 patients enrolled on my own. But honestly, I really didn’t know what I was doing yet. I didn’t have a great SOP or a real process in place and I was mostly just figuring things out as I went. Once I started the fellowship, that is when I really started to feel confident with med sync. I learned how to actually build a workflow, how to look at what we were doing and make it better, and how to get the whole team involved. Now we have 295 patients enrolled and a much more organized process.”
