More revenue, less stress with the Med Sync Fellowship

NCPA September 2, 2026

It's one thing to run a medication synchronization program and another to run it right. The NCPA/CPESN Med Sync Fellowship will help you tie up less cash on inventory before you need it, fill more profitable prescriptions, and free up staff time lost to fielding patient calls. That means more predictable revenue, less stress for your staff, and more opportunities to build other revenue-generating services. The program can also help you qualify to participate in ACCESS to Pharmacy Care. The next cohort of the fellowship begins Oct. 14.

This program isn’t a series of lectures. If you’ve got questions, we’ll be here to talk them through. By the end, the fellow will have led a successful med sync program with the metrics to show it.

Whether you’re a pharmacy leader who wants to see more stability in your dispensing services, or a staff member or student seeking to build new skills, this program will enable you to save your pharmacy time, boost your profits, and tame the chaos.

Another reason to join the next cohort is the fellowship’s relationship to ACCESS to Pharmacy Care, an NCPA program powered by CPESN® USA in partnership with GamePlan Medical, which offers a clear pathway for pharmacies to participate in a new CMS value-based care model that pays for measurable health outcomes for Medicare patients with chronic conditions. ACCESS to Pharmacy Care requires a participating pharmacy to have a certain percentage of its patients on med sync. But if your pharmacy hasn’t reached that threshold yet, enrolling in the fellowship will provide you with an alternate path to join, provided you meet attendance and homework completion goals.

Enrollment closes Oct. 12.
