CMS has removed Xeljanz and Xeljanz XR from the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program (MDPNP) beginning Jan. 1, 2029. These drugs will no longer have a maximum fair price (MFP) at that time, given generic availability.
Xeljanz and Xeljanz XR will join the MDPNP on Jan. 1, 2028, and remain in the program through 2028, but an MFP will no longer apply.
