New: Our monthly LTC discussion series with assisted living industry leaders

NCPA February 12, 2026

LTC ConnectThe LTC Steering Committee is excited to launch Last Thursday Connect, a new virtual hallway conversation series designed to bring NCPA Long-Term Care Division members together for practical, peer-driven discussion.

Our first session will take place on Feb. 26 at 3 p.m. ET. It will be facilitated by LTC Division Steering Committee member Rannon Ching, PharmD, alongside guest Darnel Omelchuck, RN, senior director of Resident Care in Austin, Texas.

In this interactive session, you’ll hear directly from an assisted living leader about daily priorities, operational pressures, and how pharmacy services fit into the care model. We’ll discuss medication-related pain points, regulatory considerations, and what directors value most in a pharmacy partner.

Bring your questions. This conversation is designed to give you practical insight you can use to better serve and position your pharmacy with assisted living communities.

Last Thursday Connect is exclusively available to LTC Division members.
