Starting Jan. 1, part of your revenue for dispensing these drugs will be a manufacturer refund payment to supplement the reimbursement from PBMs which will be based on sub-acquisition Maximum Fair Price negotiated by CMS. Beacon MFP is the platform being used by each of the 10 drugs’ manufacturers to validate and authorize refund payments. Pharmacies can sign up for no-cost dashboard access to track the claim-level status of refund payments and use a wizard tool to launch a good-faith inquiry when there is a dispute on the refund.
