Leeds Brown is soliciting over GoodRx litigation— proceed with caution

NCPA September 22, 2025

We have been informed that NCPA member pharmacies have recently received solicitations from attorneys regarding potential class action litigation, including against GoodRx.

We wanted to let you know that the NCPA is already involved in this litigation and is working hard to protect the rights of independent pharmacies. On January 22, 2025, the NCPA filed a class action lawsuit against GoodRx and various PBMs, joining pharmacies who are also pursuing class action claims on behalf of independent pharmacies nationwide. Counsel has been appointed by the Court to represent the interests of all class members.

NCPA member pharmacies are included in these lawsuits as absent class members and will remain in the class unless they specifically choose to opt out at a later point in time. If you don't opt out, you remain part of the class action and can share in the benefits of the lawsuit if it is successful. As a result, at this time, you do not need to do anything to protect your rights if you do not want to do so.

If you have further questions, or if you wish to discuss this matter in greater detail, please do not hesitate to contact Court-appointed co-lead interim class counsel: Heidi Silton ([email protected]) at Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP; David Ko ([email protected]) at Keller Rohrback L.L.P., and Don Migliori ([email protected]) at Motley Rice LLC.
