EmpowerRx is on-demand training created by our Developing Opportunities Committee to help staff members build soft skills for delivering high-quality clinical services in a positive and productive work environment. Each module shares different strategies to help your pharmacy support staff step up, take charge, and enhance workplace performance and patient care.
The program's three modules can be purchased individually or in an all-access pass, offering a total of over eight hours of content. Each module contains an introductory webinar with the presenters and three to four recorded presentations that dive into the topics in greater depth. The modules include:
