Two deep dives into the business of long-term care, pharmacy ownership

NCPA is hosting some workshops Oct. 16-17, as pre-convention programs for our 2025 Annual Convention in New Orleans, Oct. 18-21. Today we're highlighting two of them: Our Business of Long-Term Care Workshop and our Pharmacy Ownership Workshop, sponsored by McKesson.

The Business of Long-Term Care Workshop is always a smash hit. How do we know that? Because that's what attendees tell us. Last time, several participants said our workshop was the best course—on any topic of any kind—that they had ever taken (their words, not ours!). The workshop is a crash course on owning and operating an LTC pharmacy, useful for both those seeking to start one and those who already run one and covers the need-to-knows of long-term pharmacy care.

And earlier this year, we refreshed the content for our Pharmacy Ownership Workshop to make it even more useful than before. It's a soup‐to‐nuts crash course on pharmacy ownership, whether you're starting from the ground up, purchasing an existing store, or expanding to become a multi‐store owner. In addition to a slate of on-demand sessions, we've added new speakers to our lineup to provide even more actionable information to help your pharmacy thrive.
