NCPA staff Steve Postal joined the American Society for Pharmacy Law (ASPL) as its new editorial director, and is editing ASPL’s Latest News, E-News, and Rx Ipsa Loquitur publications. ASPL is an organization of attorneys, pharmacists, pharmacist-attorneys and students of pharmacy or law who are interested in the law as it applies to pharmacy, pharmacists, wholesalers, manufacturers, state and federal government and other interested parties. Steve has presented twice at ASPL events and has been a member since 2022. He will serve as the editorial director while continuing to work at NCPA. Postal has also been a vice chair of the editorial board of the American Bar Association’s (ABA’s) Health Law Section for more than a decade. While currently serving as a vice chair of the editorial board of The Health Lawyer, a monthly health law journal, he previously served at ABA as a vice chair of the editorial board of ABA Health eSource, a monthly online publication, and as a vice chair of the editorial board of HLbytes, a weekly online publication. Steve has also been published in trade publications such as PT in Motion, AMRPA Magazine, The O&P EDGE, Medicaid Council Report, Chicago Medicine Magazine, ABA Health eSource, The Health Lawyer, Maryland Bar Journal, and Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law on issues of health law and policy.
