We’re glad to be returning to your inboxes after a few days away following NCPA’s Annual Convention in Orlando. What a memorable event! qAM threw a lot of information at you during that time, we know (and can you blame us?!), but there are some big things we want to make sure you haven’t missed ...

Team up with the TRUST LLC, our major new legal initiative that will investigate and, when appropriate, litigate or arbitrate on behalf of community pharmacies to recover coerced pharmacy DIR fees. There’s a much better chance of getting justice if we join forces, so this effort allows independent pharmacies to assign your right to sue or arbitrate to the TRUST LLC to fight the PBMs together. Explore how you can get on board at www.fightpbms.com. NCPA General Counsel Matthew Seiler and Jack Mozloom, our vice president of public affairs, sat down for a video conversation that might also help answer questions you may have.

Let us know what you think. All NCPA members should have received an email recently that’s seeking feedback. If you attended the convention, please let us know how we did and if we may be able to improve the experience in the future. If you didn’t attend the convention, please let us know what might help you more easily do so.

Claim CE credit for all the wonderful business education you attended in Orlando by Friday, Nov. 10. Log in to the NCPA Learning Center using your NCPA credentials, enter the attendance code, and complete the feedback survey for each program.
