For years—long before the DIR hangover was on anyone’s radar – NCPA has been among those urging independent pharmacy teams to diversify revenue streams and offer non-PBM services to patients. Housing a cash-based 24/7 gym in empty space struck us as a clever way for one pharmacy to become an even more comprehensive health care destination.
