Palm Harbor Pharmacy in Palm Harbor, Fla., goes all out for the holidays. They print a Christmas card with a photo of the pharmacy staff and Reggie, the pharmacy’s Cavapoo. (Reggie just turned one and has been in the pharmacy since he was a baby. He comes out of the office when folks want to pet a dog while getting their vaccines.) The card goes out to patients and local prescribers along with a branded calendar. Owner Nicolette Mathey puts up a tree with pharmacy-themed ornaments and other decorations throughout the pharmacy, including staff stockings and a very Floridaesque Santa figurine wearing shades and relaxing with a cool drink under a palm tree.
