Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) has signed HB 1763, a comprehensive PBM reform bill that unanimously passed the House and Senate last week. The bill prohibits retroactive claim reductions, protects patient choice and access to community pharmacy services, and prevents PBMs from requiring onerous specialty accreditations.
