Indy Health offers pharmacist-led Part D Plans for 2021

A new independent pharmacist-owned company has signed a contract with CMS to offer Medicare Part D prescription drug plans to eligible Medicare beneficiaries in Arkansas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Illinois for plan year 2021. Indy Health will utilize a broad formulary, feature independent pharmacies in its preferred network and pharmacies will pay no DIR fees. Find out more about Indy Health here. The company is preparing for plan year 2021 beneficiary enrollment, which begins Oct. 15. Indy Health will receive auto-assigned members from CMS in their plans in all five states and will host webinars the week of Sept. 21 to provide training for network pharmacies on the plan design and open enrollment.
