NCPA Announces Featured Presenters for Annual Convention

NCPA August 26, 2024

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Aug. 26, 2024) – The National Community Pharmacists Association is pleased to announce the featured presenters for its 2024 Annual Convention, set for Oct. 26-29 in Columbus, Ohio. NCPA’s Annual Convention is the premier national business show for independent pharmacists and their teams, featuring peer-to-peer business education, hours of CE opportunities, endless networking prospects with old friends and new connections, and an Expo Hall filled with companies that have products and services to help make their business stronger and more efficient.

The First General Session on Sunday, Oct. 27, will feature an unforgettable performance by a comedy-juggling duo known as the Passing Zone. They will showcase the three cornerstones of success – innovation, collaboration, and execution – to help pharmacy staff elevate their performance. Attendees can expect laughter, crazy stunts, and audience interaction as they learn the true power of partnership and how to become part of a high-performance team.

During the Second General Session on Monday, Oct. 28, seasoned Washington, D.C., policy experts will share their perspectives and predictions ahead of the 2024 election. With control of the White House and Congress hanging in the balance, what could it all mean for health care – specifically the future of PBM reform? Jim Flood and Scott Douglas with Crowell & Moring will join Anne Cassity, NCPA senior vice president of government affairs, to break it all down.
