Apotex Corp. has agreed to a settlement over claims that it violated state and federal antitrust and consumer protection laws. Dispensers of drugs that purchased one or more drugs covered by the settlement between Jan. 1, 2010, and March 5, 2024, may be entitled to a share of the settlement. Apotex must pay $5,260.84 to class members to resolve the legal claims. To receive the benefits, you must file a claim form digitally or by mail postmarked by this Thursday, Aug. 28, 2025.
