Our Mental Health First Aid training can help you identify and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults. As part of the course, learners must complete a two-hour self-paced online course and a five-and-a-half-hour instructor-led training through Zoom. Registration closes on April 15 at noon ET.
