Last week, Health Quality Innovators named CPESN as one of the winners of its 2024 Health Quality Innovator of the Year Award. The awards spotlight evidence-based work to improve care across health care settings and communities. CPESN won in the Health Equity category for its efforts to help close the gap in health disparities.
