NCPA argues for fair and reasonable reimbursement, reduced administrative burden in comments to CMS on drug price negotiations

Last month, NCPA submitted comments on three draft forms that CMS plans to require as part of the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation program under the Inflation Reduction Act. They include the enrollment form that pharmacies will need to fill out, the form that manufacturers will need to fill out stating how they will implement the program, and a dispute intake form.
