Pathways to Pharmacy Ownership is a free, year-long, application-based program supporting and encouraging independent pharmacy ownership among individuals belonging to historically underrepresented racial and ethnic groups. Throughout the program, participants gain access to pharmacy owner-mentors, webinars, and self-directed activities focused on essential business principles as they relate to pharmacy ownership; business plan reviews by industry experts; scholarships to attend NCPA’s Pharmacy Ownership Workshop (upon successful completion of the program); and more. The next program will start in January 2025 and the deadline to apply is Dec. 1.
