DEA’s Controlled Substance Ordering System facilitates the electronic ordering of controlled substances in Schedules I through V. It allows for a secure electronic transmission of controlled substance orders without supporting documents previously required.

The DEA will be launching the new CSOS on Dec. 9, 2024, which will change how DEA registrants request CSOS enrollment and additional users. Stay tuned for virtual training sessions by checking Diversion Control’s upcoming events.
