If you’re interested in learning how to develop a point-of-care testing program but don’t know where to start, the NASPA Pharmacy-Based Point-of-Care Test & Treat National Certificate Program is for you! This program will teach you how to enhance your point-of-care testing skills for influenza, HIV, chronic diseases, and other conditions. And to sweeten the deal, NCPA members get a $200 discount on registration!
But remember, to attend you must register by 11:59 p.m. PT today.
The POCT certification program can help you grow your pharmacy’s reputation as a trusted health care hub. NCPA members will pay $295 to register; the nonmember registration fee is $495. If you’ve already got a testing program, this certification is still useful to have.
While the ACPE-accredited certificate program is designed for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, student pharmacists, academics, and pharmacy association staff, it’s open to non-pharmacists interested in POCT as well. Pharmacists can receive 20 hours of Continuing Pharmacy Education credit. Learn more here.
