NCPA staff Steve Postal presented on key pharmacy law and policy updates during a webinar for the American Society for Pharmacy Law (ASPL). The presentation included NCPA’s federal and state priorities in PBM and Medicaid managed care reform, as well as in scope of practice and payment. ASPL is an organization of attorneys, pharmacists, pharmacist-attorneys, and students of pharmacy or law who are interested in the law as it applies to pharmacy, pharmacists, wholesalers, manufacturers, state and federal government, and other interested parties. In addition to Steve’s role at NCPA, he serves as the editorial director of ASPL.
