Some state pharmacy bills have made it through the legislative process and to the finish line right before the summer break. Ned Lamont (D) recently signed one bill that allows pharmacists to test and treat for flu, strep, COVID-19 and initiate HIV PEP/PrEP therapies, and one that brings the minimum age for pharmacy vaccination down to the age of 12 years.
