NCPA has updated its two-page managed Medicaid resource, which has been in high demand as more states consider pursuing NADAC-plus reimbursement floors in commercial and managed Medicaid. NCPA has also updated its Tennessee page for PBM complaints, with the state now offering a PBM-specific portal. NCPA continues to urge all pharmacists in all states to lodge complaints. Submitting complaints provides policymakers with real-life examples of egregious PBM practices and complements NCPA’s work with NAIC, NCOIL, and legislatures across the country.
