New York moves to Medicaid carve-out April 1

The New York Department of Health issued Part Two of its special edition update pertaining to the NYRx Pharmacy Benefit transition. If you recall, New York is carving out the Medicaid pharmacy benefit to fee-for-service, effective April 1, 2023. The Part Two update includes information on wide-ranging topics including billing, eligibility, vaccine administration, the Brand Less Than Generics program, and provider enrollment.
