NCPA member Charlotte Moss, RPh, along with Pat Lavella, RPh, explained PBM practices affecting pharmacy profits at point of sale, DIR fees, and a recent audit. Also involved in the visit were Lisa and Tom Popko, who closed their Medicine Shoppe pharmacy in Berwick in May 2021.
