The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will allow for a short extension to national network contract administrators to sign up a second wave of retail pharmacies for the COVID-19 vaccination program. Deadlines will vary by administrator and range from Dec. 8-11. Please contact one of these potential network contract administrators regarding their deadline to enroll and to obtain more detailed information: CPESN® USA, Good Neighbor Pharmacy/Elevate Provider Network, Health Mart, or LeaderNET/Medicine Shoppe. Additionally, you still have the option to sign up directly through your state health department, so if you are interested and are not utilizing one of the four national contract administrators above, you will need to check with the state health department regarding their process and deadline.
