The CARES Act allows consumers to expand the use of their FSA/HSA cards. Make sure your patients are up to date on this change – try a social media post or endcap featuring items that no longer require a prescription to be eligible for HSA/FSA. The Consumer Healthcare Products Association has a wealth of tools you can use to spread the word, and they’re all free.
