While weeding their garden a New Zealand couple found something that they later identified as a potato. The oddly shaped spud weighs 17.4 pounds and has become something of a celebrity in their community. They’ve named him Doug. (Get it?) They were hauling him around in his own custom wagon, but that had to stop when Doug grew moldy and started to smell. Nothing’s official yet, but they’re hoping Doug makes it into the Guinness World Record books.
