As you are aware, the US Supreme Court heard Rutledge v. PCMA on October 6, with a decision expected before June 30, 2021. Rutledge v. PCMA is a landmark case that could determine the extent states can go in regulating PBMs. A broad decision in support of the state of Arkansas could be a game changer for community pharmacy.
