Managing mental health stressors for you, your team members, and your patients

NCPA February 4, 2025

Join us for this Learning Hour webinar tomorrow, Feb. 5, 2 p.m. ET, as we explore how to reduce stress and improve decision-making through boosting "mental fitness." Jaclyn Boyle, consultant and practice transformation coach, will walk attendees through strategies to break out of negative thinking patterns and get a stronger sense of control over their surroundings. Among other things, the training will teach attendees how to identify "mental saboteurs"—the negative emotions blocking your ability to respond to a situation appropriately—and overcome them. Attendees will be eligible for one contact hour of continuing pharmacy education credit.

We're also holding a one-day Mental Health First Aid virtual training on Feb. 26 to help you support your team members and patients when they experience mental health challenges. NCPA's Hannah Fish will walk attendees through how they can find tools to help those in a crisis, increase access to appropriate resources for those in need, and reduce the stigma around mental illness.

Thanks to the support of the Cardinal Health Foundation we're able to offer a $50 discount on training fees. If you can't join us on Feb. 26, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., there are two more opportunities later in the year on April 22 or June 18.
