United Pharmacy in Yukon, Okla., hosted visits on Monday by Rep. Stephanie Bice (R-Okla., top photo, middle) and Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla., bottom photo, far right). Both were great opportunities to discuss the unique role United Pharmacy plays in the community and the negative impact PBMs have had on independent community pharmacies. Lankford was honored recently by the Oklahoma Pharmacists Association as Legislator of the Year, thanks to his work to expose the anticompetitive practices of PBMs.
